How do I return an item? Elite Toy Store wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with the merchandise that you receive, or you have simply changed your mind, we will provide you with a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Please take a few minutes to read the following guidelines and instructions to make sure this is processed correctly. You Must Call to Make Arrangements for Return If you need to return, exchange, or submit a warranty claim please call 646-322-8365. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is a must before any return is accepted. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. No returns will be accepted after the 30 days. Claims of damages/defective product must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product. All merchandise must be properly packaged. For your protection, it is recommended that the merchandise be insured during shipping. Please make sure the return address is clearly written on the package and the label Refund Calculations Claims of damages/defective product must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product. Non Returnable items: Items that are missing accessories such as manuals, or parts included in the product. Etched or otherwise personalized items. All ride on toys must not have been driven on (used). Full Credit Will be Issued if Any of the Following Conditions are Met: The wrong merchandise is shipped. The merchandise is damaged during shipping. The merchandise is defective. Full Credit Will NOT be Issued Due to Improper Packaging
Refused and Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as the shipping
charges to and from the shipping address. Opened items cannot be sold as new and are subject to a 50% restocking fee as well as the shipping charges to and from the shipping address. Please Note: Shipping charges are not refunded for returned products. If it is a Free Shipping item - the shipping cost to ship the item to the customer will be deducted from the refund. |
