Customer satisfaction is a priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchase, you may return it within 5 days of delivery for refund of the item minus shipping charges or exchange your item by contacting us for Return Authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If damaged in shipping, we must be contacted immediately and the original carton and packaging should be kept for inspection by the shipping company.

Shipping cost for returned items is the responsibility of the sender. Returned or exchanged items must be in new, as-shipped condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.
